Marie-Claire Pajeile

Born in Tourcoing, Northern France, Pajeile studied at Ecole Superieur des Beaux Arts de Toucoing before embarking on a prolific round of group and solo exhibitions that took her to Paris, New York, Belgium, Dallas, Russia and Spain. Pajeile’s characters, always on the move, are immediately recognizeable. They are timeless. They walk past,look in, ironical
and distant. their role is to be witnesses.
